The Castle nursing home will host a Halloween party for residents and children

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Get ready for a hell of a time, Castle at Gardnerville preparing for the annual Halloween.

Executive Director Katie Nichols and Director of Community Sales Jessica Maidlow stopped by Morning Vacation to talk about their assisted living and memory care facility and how events like the Halloween Party that introduces the facility’s residents to the community , make their days brighter.

The Halloween party will take place on Thursday, October 31st at 10 a.m. at the Castle at Gardnerville (1565 Virginia Ranch Rd, Gardnerville).

Every Halloween, the castle is transformed into a haunted paradise where local preschoolers are invited to show off their most creative costumes. Impress residents by proving that age is just a number when it comes to the Halloween spirit.

Expect a treasure trove of treats as The Chateau hands out a cauldron full of goodies, from delicious candies to adorable stickers, crayons and all sorts of adorable surprises that will have kids grinning from ear to ear.
