Megan Thee Stallion sues blogger and content creator Milagro Elizabeth Cooper for allegedly spreading lies about her online.

Megan, 29, filed the lawsuit in Florida on Wednesday, October 30. In court documents obtained Us weeklyThe rapper said Cooper, also known online as MilagroGramz, “continues to act on behalf of” Tory Lanez “spreading lies” about Meghan to “tens of thousands of her social media followers.”

The bulk of Meghan’s claims about Cooper’s behavior involve Lanez, 32, who was found guilty in December 2022 for shooting Megan in both legs in July 2020. Lanez was later sentenced to 10 years in prison and is currently incarcerated in the California Department of Corrections. He filed an appeal against the verdict in February.

Megan alleged that Cooper was “acting as a paid surrogate used to spread” Lanez’s “lies” about Megan, including “false rumors” that he did not actually shoot Megan.

“Cooper carried out a public task (Lanez) to smear, humiliate, insult and spread false statements about (Meghan) on her online social media platforms, only to intimidate, harass and punish (Megan) for condemning (Lanez), as well as to tarnish her reputation by causing emotional distress,” the lawsuit states.

The documents cite several examples of Cooper’s alleged behavior, including one from Sunday, October 27, when she allegedly “falsely claimed that the firearm (Lanez) used to shoot (Megan) was not produced during the trial because it was missing “

Meghan’s legal team argued that the firearms remain in the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department, which Cooper “could have easily verified” rather than spreading “lies about the integrity of the trial.”

The lawsuit also includes screenshots of several tweets Cooper allegedly posted during Lanez’s 2022 trial, including one that read: “This whole case has taught everyone that your father, brother, cousin or son could face more 20 years in prison without proper evidence.” a failed investigation and another likely suspect just because untrustworthy witnesses said you did something.”

The documents further describe Cooper as “a known social media fraudster who spreads false and sensationalist stories.”

In addition to her claims regarding Lanez, Megan accused Cooper of sharing a “deep fake pornographic video” with her in June.

“Cooper encouraged her 27,000 X followers to view Bimbella’s post, which featured a doctored, man-made video of (Megan) allegedly engaging in sexual acts without (Megan’s) knowledge or consent,” the lawsuit states.

Meghan shared her thoughts on the lawsuit in a statement to Us.

“It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying, and posting misinformation about my personal and professional life,” she wrote. “I have experienced countless attacks on my character based on false stories by social media bloggers posing as journalists. This is unacceptable behavior and these people need to understand that there will be consequences for recklessly posting lies and defamatory lies.”

Us weekly has reached out to Cooper for comment.

The lawsuit is not the first time Megan has accused Lanez of paying content creators to spread misinformation about her.

“Not only did he shoot me, but he also made fun of my injury. He tried to position himself as a victim and intended to destroy my character and my soul,” she wrote in a statement read on her behalf on the website.
