Conyers welcomed Bermudian lawyers Celine Collis and Matthew MacLeod to the firm.

“Celine Collis joins Conyers from Reed Smith LLP in London, bringing experience in corporate and commercial law with a focus on cross-border corporate finance, aviation finance, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory matters.

“Matthew MacLeod has significant experience in corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities and corporate finance. Matthew has completed training and gained valuable post-qualification experience with Cox & Palmer, a leading law firm in Atlantic Canada. These appointments reflect the firm’s strategic commitment to attracting and retaining outstanding Bermudians who will contribute to the growth of the firm’s practice.”
