Burke County deputies search for missing 72-year-old man

WAYNESBORO, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Burke County deputies are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 72-year-old man.

According to the sheriff’s office, George Dennis Tinley was last seen on Lake Crystal Drive around 3 p.m. Thursday.

Tinley is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds. Deputies say he has blue eyes and white hair.

He was last seen wearing a pink shirt, white shorts and white tennis shoes.
