Crisafulli said including energy in the Treasury portfolio “shows Queenslanders that we are fair about lowering the cost of electricity”.

The ministerial role for the Olympic and Paralympic Games has been revived and will be led by Tim Mander, whose portfolio includes sport and racing.

Christian Rowan, who was shadow education and arts minister, has moved from the frontbench to become leader of the House.
