Indian film industry’s megastar Shah Rukh Khan aka SRK, who enjoys worldwide fame, celebrates his 59th birthday today.

Ahead of his special day, the Academy paid tribute to the Jawan star by sharing his iconic entry from Karan Johar’s book. Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham…where the actor enters his Raichand mansion on Diwali. As soon as Rahul (SRK) lands in the black helicopter and puts his feet on the ground, his mother Nandini (Jaya Bachchan) senses his presence around.

Sharing the post, the Academy captioned it: “A mother’s intuition is always right. (shiny emoji).” In the commentary, the Academy also wrote, “Is this SRK’s best opening scene? (thinking emoticon).”

Fans reacted to the clip, with one user writing: “One of his best records… And that’s basically the whole scenario! This scene is etched in our memory as… SRK is the king of romance with such dreamy films (heart eyes and red heart emoji).”
