Collierville High School students raise money and surprise girl with Make-A-Wish trip to Disneyland

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) – Collierville SGA High School students raised money to grant a wish for a Collierville Elementary student named Emma through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Today Emma went on a tour of Collierville High School and her family was surprised at the end with a trip to Disney World.

She was surrounded by students, cheerleaders and purple balloons and received a royal welcome alongside famous princesses.

Emma’s mother says one phone call during her family’s darkest time turned tears of grief into tears of joy for her daughter.
