Lawyers for the couple filed documents in court on Friday, November 1, saying that “the parties have reached an agreement in principle, subject to the execution of certain written agreements,” according to documents obtained by Page sixalthough terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

In September 2021, Antin, 63, sued Scherzinger, 46, for allegedly refusing to participate in the Pussycat Dolls’ reunion tour after a decade away from the stage, saying the frontman wanted full creative control and 75 percent of the profits.

In January 2022, the Your Love singer’s lawyer said the lawsuit was “meritless,” saying she had asked to renegotiate her contract after the COVID-19 pandemic repeatedly delayed the band’s concerts to promote their single React.

Later that month, Scherzinger announced the tour’s cancellation on social media, news that came as a surprise to her Dolls co-stars Carmit Bachar and Jessica Sutter.

The Right There artist filed a counterclaim in August 2022, accusing Antin of mismanagement and waste of funds, but she denied the allegations.

The Sunset Boulevard star said Daily mail in July she would like to leave all animus behind.

“I love my dolls. I love the Pussycat Dolls,” she said when asked about the possibility of another reunion. “That’s why I always say, never say never.”

So far, neither woman has said anything publicly about the settlement.

On Sunday, November 3, Scherzinger took to social media to thank her fans in the UK for bringing the Sunset Boulevard soundtrack to number one on the compilation chart.

It’s only the third musical theater soundtrack to reach this peak in a decade.

According to the leading lady, the experience for fans who buy the album will be similar to the experience they would have in a theater.

“I’m over the moon that it’s all live,” she said in a video promoting the soundtrack on Instagram.

The dispute began in September 2021 when Antin, 63, sued Scherzinger, 46, for allegedly refusing to participate in the Pussycat Dolls reunion tour, saying the frontman wanted full creative control and 75 percent of the profits.

Scherzinger announced on social media that the Pussycat Dolls tour was canceled in January 2022 and filed a counterclaim in August 2022, alleging Antin mishandled and embezzled funds, charges she denies.

Scherzinger is currently starring in Sunset Boulevard on Broadway. The show opened on October 20, and she is expected to remain with the company until July 2025 (pictured in New York on October 20).

“People can really feel the essence, feel like they’re here with us in the theater, and I think that makes all the difference,” the Laurence Olivier Award winner explained.

“It’s in keeping with our ethos with this whole production: keeping everything really raw, really minimalistic, really true and honest, and what’s more true and honest than a live performance?”

The show debuted in London’s West End before heading across the pond to Broadway, where it opened on October 20.

Scherzinger is scheduled to remain with the company until July 2025.
