After a legendary career as a manager of clubs such as Manchester United, Chelsea, real Madridand Inter Milan, the 61-year-old player now heads the Turkish club Fenerbahce.

Fenerbahce’s final league match on Sunday saw them take on Trabzonspor in a high-stakes battle.

In the match, Trabzonspor’s Simon Banza scored twice from the penalty spot, but it was matched by goals from former Manchester United midfielder Fred and Edin Dzeko to make it 2-2.

Mourinho’s knee drop celebration fails

Capturing this exciting moment, Mourinho tried to slide off his knee to celebrate, but tripped and fell to the ground in an ungraceful but cheerful plop.

The victory moved Fenerbahçe into second place in the Turkish Super League, although the match was not without controversy as referee Halil Umut Meler was heavily criticized for his officiating.

Protest against Mourinho’s laptop

YEN.com.gh also reported that Mourinho protests the referee’s decision placing the laptop in front of the camera while playing.

His actions were immediately punished, with the referee showing a yellow card in response to Mourinho’s unconventional protest.

Jose Mourinho’s daughter gets married
