Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has applied for its Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) winter session programs for 2024-25. Candidates who wish to register for GGSIU PhD programs can visit the official website and submit their applications. The registration window opened on November 1, 2024 and will close on November 30, 2024. According to the official notification, the exam is scheduled to be held on December 22, 2024.

GGSIPU Winter Session 2024–2025 Registration of Candidates of Science: Selection Criteria

It is important for candidates to check the eligibility criteria before completing the application to avoid problems at a later stage. Candidates are required to review the detailed information sheet for details regarding the eligibility criteria. Some basic details have been provided here:

Admission will be determined through Ph.D. Entrance test (PET) and interview.

Candidates who have passed National Eligibility Test (NET) of University Grants Commission (UGC), UGC-CSIR NET (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research National Eligibility Test), Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), Common Entrance Examination in Design (CEED) or other equivalent national level tests will be exempt from the University Entrance Test for the Ph.D. program.

Admission can also be based on NET scores.
