Ben shared in his post that Lebron spends $1.5 million a year to stay in shape. He also explained in a series of tweets how a seven-figure biohacking program helped him dominate the NBA for more than 20 years. For the uninitiated, biohacking involves making gradual changes to your body, diet, and lifestyle to improve your health and well-being.

What makes LeBron James a fitness elite?

In his first tweet, Ben talked about LeBron. nutrition choice. He says: “His rules are simple: avoid artificial drinks, sugar and fried foods. He favors natural sugars and foods as much as possible. The emphasis is on eating organically year-round and staying well hydrated.”

According to one of LeBron’s interviews, the Laskers player eats “egg white omelette with smoked salmon + gluten-free pancakes with berries” for breakfast; for lunch he has “whole grain pasta, salmon and vegetables”; and for dinner he has “chicken with arugula + a glass of Cabernet.”

In his next tweet, Ben talked about LeBron. exerciseswhich involves “building muscle endurance and optimizing your gym routine every day of the week.” His program involves “performing compound exercises (using multiple muscle groups, such as deadlifts and squats) with higher reps and lighter weights.”

Recovery is a priority for LeBron James

Amid intense training, the basketball player also pays attention to recovery. User X explained: “For LeBron, recovery never stops. “He uses the best biohacking tools, starting with an ice bath to relieve inflammation after playing or exercising.” The benefits are both physical and mental, including:

• Reduces muscle soreness

• Improves mood and alertness.

The 39-year-old Lakers forward also uses a hyperbaric chamber and cryotherapy during his recovery.

Meanwhile, according to X’s post, the most important component of LeBron’s recovery is sleep. “Sleep is critical to LeBron’s recovery. He understands this very well and strives to sleep 12 hours every night. He usually naps several times a day – during flights or between workouts,” Ben wrote. He also sleeps at a room temperature of 68 to 70 degrees, “in complete darkness, no TV or phone, and turns everything off 30 to 45 minutes before bed.”
