The American people have been clear and vocal that Donald Trump is their choice for President. They sent a clear message to the coastal elites that this country was run by the working class and middle America.

Vice President Kamala Harris put in a decent effort in a short period of time and certainly accomplished more than President Joe Biden would have done. There will be plenty of doubt, especially regarding her failure to select Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro as her vice presidential running mate, but the blue wall has collapsed so much that even this decision likely won’t change that outcome.

The Americans were dissatisfied with the country’s direction. Voters believed they were worse off under Joe Biden, whom they blamed for inflation. They needed a closed border and a leader who would once again demonstrate strength, not weakness.

But Donald Trump probably the only Republican who could win this race because only he was able to speak to working-class voters who feel excluded from a Democratic agenda that offered handouts rather than opportunity and cared more about climate change, and not about lowering energy prices. These Trump voters have other priorities.

His campaign was cleverly targeted Michigan voters Pennsylvania voters are pro-fracking, Arizona voters are pro-immigration, and Nevada voters are pro-“no tip tax.” All these focused efforts were aimed at the working class of these states and their empowerment.

Trump has had better success with almost everyone. He appears to have done better, especially among younger voters, according to exit polls. Democrats lost ground to Latino and even black voters, who did not perform as well as other Democrats.

Now Democrats must dismantle the anti-law campaign they orchestrated and recognize that America has voted and declared that January 6th is history and the chapter is closed. It is now up to the Democrats to pass power with dignity and grace so as not to ruin their chances of returning in 2028.

And the party will have to look at how far it has moved to the left and reset by 2028. next decade.

The liberal media has once again lost the trust of the American people, plunging to new lows in public opinion polls, and will have to work to reset its newsrooms.

The polls were again just a few points too conservative, and again there were two or three points of so-called shy Trump voters waiting for their votes to be announced on Election Day. The scale of Trump’s victory was revealed only after the votes were counted, and no poll predicted the full extent of the victory. Iowa, Ohio and Florida were once considered swing states, but are no longer even close to that.

Trump’s victory is a victory for Americans who feel abandoned by elites and a Democratic Party that has strayed too far from mainstream America.

Now it will be Trump’s turn to learn from his first administration and try to lead this country forward and wisely use the power that the American people place in his hands.
