Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu called President-elect Trump – here’s what they talked about

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “was one of the first” on Wednesday to call President-elect Donald Trump, the world leader’s office said.

“The conversation was warm and cordial. The Prime Minister congratulated Trump on his victory and they agreed to work together for Israel’s security,” the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office said in a statement.

“They also discussed the Iranian threat,” the department added.
