Two people were injured in a shooting near 24th Street and McDowell Road.

PHOENIX, Ariz. — Two people were injured in a shooting near 24th Street and McDowell Road Wednesday night.

Police arrived on the scene shortly before 6 p.m. and found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.

Both were taken to hospital, one with life-threatening injuries and the other with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say no suspect has been identified in this shooting.

It is unknown what led to the shooting.

This incident remains under investigation.
