Butcher rescues Thai boy who traveled 130 km in a stroller to see his mother (video)

Thai butcher saved A 10 year old boy who secretly was driving his grandmothers motorcycle with sidecar in an attempt to travel 130 kilometers see your mother in the province of Isaan Buriram.

The butcher, whose shop is located on the side of the road in Sam Panian subdistrict in Isaan Nakhon Ratchasima province, sought help from subdistrict officials after he encountered a small boy riding alone on a motorcycle with a sidecar on Highway 207 on November 7.

According to Channel 7, the boy stopped at a butcher shop to ask for directions to Satuek district in Buriram province. Noticing that the boy was unfamiliar with the area and traveling alonethe butcher reported the situation police.

Mayor of the city Sam Paniang SubdistrictVarakorn Phutthipongpayam arrived at the store to pick up the boy. During the conversation, the boy introduced himself as Tle, 10 years old. He explained that he left his grandmother’s house in the Dan Khun Tot area of ​​Nakhon Ratchasima to go and see his mother in Buriram.

The distance between his grandmother’s house and his mother’s house is more than 130 kilometers. Tle admitted that he got on a motorcycle with a sidecar without permission and left the house around 6 a.m. that day.

The boy admitted that he misses his mother and wants to live with her. During the last school holidays, his mother took him to Buriram. However, she had to send him back to his grandmother’s house when school resumed.

Saving money on fuel

Tle saved 10 baht every day until he accumulated 100 baht. Then he took a motorcycle, fueled it with his savings and hit the road. Not knowing the route to Buriram, he asked people along the way until he reached a butcher shop.

Varakorn returned Tle to his grandmother’s house and gave him some money for a future trip to Buriram. The mayor also advised Tle to not ride a motorcycle alone again and offered his support, telling Tle to contact him if he ever needed help.

Nunoy said she divorced Tle fatherwho expressed a desire for their son to live with him. However, the boy remained to live with his paternal grandmother. Nunoi said she continues to care for and visit her son and always brings him to her home province during school holidays.

Nunoy said she felt sorry for her son and said she wanted to fulfill his wish. However, she explained that she would need to discuss his move with her grandmother since Tle often helped her around the house and helped her sell vegetables in the community.
