Actor Darshan’s lawyer submitted his health report to the Karnataka High Court. The report details all examinations performed over the past week and outlines future treatment plans in a detailed medical record. Following this, Bellary Central Jail officials submitted a Darshan report to the prison department. The report provides a detailed daily account of events since Darshan’s arrival at Bellary Jail, including information about visitors and other activities.

Earlier, there were allegations of preferential treatment given to Darshan at Parappana Agrahara Jail in Bengaluru, with photographs and videos circulating suggesting that he was living in the comfort of the prison. As the news spread, some prison officials faced consequences. Now, the vigilant officials of Bellary Jail have taken a cautious approach in handling the case and have submitted a full report to the jail department.

The report to the jail department includes the date of Darshan’s entry and exit from Bellary jail, details of the people who visited him, the number of times they visited the jail and the visitor log. CCTV footage of Darshan’s activities in jail was also produced. The report also includes details of when Darshan’s back pain worsened, what treatment he was given, and a report from BIM doctors.

Although Darshan has been temporarily released from prison due to health reasons and is spending time with his family, his mother-in-law Pavitra is still awaiting her release. Pavithra, a resident of RR Nagar, made persistent efforts to get bail but faced disappointment as the bail hearing of her and co-accused Anukumar, Laxman and Nagaraj was adjourned to November 21.

Darshan has been in the hospital for over a week. There is no clarity on whether he will undergo surgery or continue physical therapy. The court record will soon provide precise information regarding his surgery, which will take place in the next couple of days.
