Kyle Richard’s daughter Alexia is engaged!

The 28-year-old announced the news on her Instagram Stories Friday morning, posting several videos and photos of her and boyfriend Jake Zingerman celebrating their engagement.

In several videos, Zingerman and Alexia kiss while opening bottles of champagne. Other times, the bride-to-be flashes her ring at the camera with a big smile.

The video even offered a glimpse into their surprise engagement party in their apartment, which their friends decorated with flowers and dozens of candles.

The couple opted for white for the special moment: Alexia wore a white cardigan with black jeans, and Zingerman wore a white T-shirt with dark jeans.

The couple, who moved in together in February, have been dating for five years.

Neither Richards, 55, nor her ex-husband and Alexia’s father, Mauricio Umansky, attended the engagement or posted about the special moment.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is also mom to daughter Farrah, 36, whom she shares with ex-husband Ghuraish Aljufri.

Richards previously spoke about Alexia leaving her home: statement in The Daily Dish, “Honestly, I just had to turn off that part of my brain.

“It was like my child was leaving home. With everything we’ve been through in the last year and a half, it was too hard for me to even process that.”

Richard and Umansky, 54, announced in July 2023 that they were separating after 27 years of marriage.

The real estate broker, for his part, previously said of Zingerman: telling us weekly“Alexia has a boyfriend whom we have been dating for a very, very long time.

“He’s amazing. We love him.”
