National Drawing Competition 2024organized by Eastern College of Law in collaboration with Canonsphere, is designed to provide law students with the opportunity to improve their legal drafting skills. This virtual competition focuses on bail application writing, where participants will be given a real-life legal situation and will be required to create a comprehensive bail application based on the facts provided and the applicable law. This will not only test their knowledge of substantive and procedural law, but also their ability to draft well-structured and persuasive legal documents.

Selection criteria

Students pursuing any Bachelor’s degree (BA LL.B/ B.Com LL.B/ BBA LL.B/ B.Sc LL.B/ BA/LL.B// BBA/.) from a recognized university can participate in the National Drawing competition 2024.

Basic rules:-

1. Each Participant must submit ONLY ONE Application. A team must consist of only two participants.

2. The application is drawn up on the basis of the Task.

3. The application must be made in English only.

4. Any entry that mentions the name or discloses entrants in any way will be disqualified.

5.The submission must not exceed the plagiarism limit of 20%.

Winner – 5000/- + LOA + Trophy.

1st Place – 3000/- .+ LOA Gift Basket.

2nd place – 2000/- + LOA

  • All other participants will be given a letter of participation.
