15-Year-Old Boy Accused of Killing His Parents and 3 Siblings: $2 Million in the USA

A 15-year-old American boy has been charged with murdering his parents and three siblings in their luxury home in the Seattle area. According to authorities, the teenager also attempted to kill his 11-year-old sister, who survived the attack. The massacre took place in the early hours of Monday morning. The alleged killer called 911 to alert police, claiming his younger brother had killed the family and then died by suicide. At the same time, another emergency call came from a neighbor reporting that the surviving 11-year-old boy had been shot and was bleeding. He identified the attacker as his 15-year-old brother before he was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

Responding deputies found the lifeless bodies of Mark and Sarah Humiston and their three young children, ages 6, 9 and 13, in the family’s home. The child was taken into custody without resisting. His only surviving sister, who survived the attack, was treated for gunshot wounds and released from the hospital on Wednesday, a hospital spokeswoman said. USA Today.

In court, defense attorney Amy Parker stated that the defendant teenager was a juvenile with no prior criminal history, adding that he enjoyed outdoor activities such as mountain biking and fishing. He could face life imprisonment if tried as an adult.
