MIDDLETOWN, Pa. — A $1 million Powerball ticket has been sold in Bucks County for the Oct. 23 drawing, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced. The winning ticket matched all five white balls – 2, 15, 27, 29 and 39, but did not have the red Powerball number – 20.

The Pennsylvania Lottery reminds winners to immediately sign the back of their tickets and claim their prize within one year of the drawing date. In addition to the million-dollar prize, more than 41,100 other Powerball tickets in Pennsylvania have won smaller prizes, including more than 7,700 tickets purchased through Power Play® and more than 3,900 through Double Play®.

A jackpot-winning Powerball ticket worth an estimated $478.2 million was sold in Georgia for the same draw.
