Latino community ‘head over heels’ for Trump, Goya CEO says: ‘We’re tired of being exploited’

Latino voters, a longtime Democratic voting bloc, appear more likely to cast ballots for former President Trump than Vice President Harris this election cycle, a recent poll shows.

A new USA Today/Suffolk University poll conducted among Hispanics between October 14 and 18 showed Trump boasting an 11-point lead at 49% compared to Harris’ 38%, with a margin of error of +/-9%.

While Latino voters have leaned toward Democratic candidates in the past, Goya Foods CEO Bob Unanue isn’t surprised.

“We are the No. 1 exploited community in the world,” he told Fox News on Tuesday.

“The biggest industry that flourished under the current administration, under Kamala, was drugs and human trafficking. Last year, Tara Lee Rodas said the US was the middleman in this business worth hundreds of billions of dollars. She said 85,000 children were missing. …”

From 85,000 this year, they have increased the number of children lost or sold to 325,000 children. The Latino community, the Latino community is tired of being exploited. They’re fed up with high prices, and that’s why you see this community going head over heels for Donald Trump.”

Unanue, who heads America’s largest Hispanic-owned food company that manufactures and distributes products in the United States as well as in Spanish-speaking countries, was criticizes the Biden-Harris administration repeatedly criticizing his performance on the economy and immigration, two dominant issues this election cycle.

Fox & Friends First co-host Todd Piro asked Unanue questions about speculation that Latino voters could swing back to Democrats with just two weeks until they make a final decision.

“(We are) hardworking people and we don’t let people into this country to just take away jobs and impoverish us by paying for these people who don’t work, but we have unsafe community. We are not strong throughout the world and we are losing this country. There are people who came to this country, risked everything for everything, only to find that it was becoming a country of exploitation,” he said.
