Many banks receive mixed reviews (at best) on online review sites like the Better Business Bureau and Trustpilot, but not LendingClub. This bank receives generally positive reviews from BBB.org and Trustpilot. Many customer reviews focus on the LendingClub personal loan experience, and there are several people who have experienced process errors and other poor customer service experiences.

But for the most part, LendingClub’s customer service ratings seem positive. LendingClub has received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and is BBB accredited. It also receives ratings of 4.4 and 4.6 (out of 5) on online customer review sites, which are much higher than typical banks.

Mobile application

The LendingClub mobile app receives exceptionally high ratings for iOS and Android devices. This is not typical; Many banks’ mobile apps receive noticeably lower ratings for Android devices. But this application is liked by all mobile device users.

LendingClub does not have a physical location. This is a 100% online bank. But it does offer some easy ways to deposit money into your LendingClub bank accounts, and you can get cash from any ATM with no fees.

LendingClub will even reimburse you for unlimited non-bank ATM fees. You can also deposit cash at MoneyPass ATMs.
