Bungie’s troubled FPS Marathon is reportedly breaking its 18-month silence with a vague message from the game’s director: “We’re doing all of this for you.”

Marathon, Banguithe upcoming revival of the 1994 first-person shooter looked like it might fade away after serious layoffs pursued its developer. But despite the sci-fi shooter’s Twitter being dormant for 18 months, director Joe Ziegler is assuring fans. in new video that Marathon is alive and well.

“In 2025, we’re going to expand our gaming tests wider and wider,” he says. “We’ll be sure to let you know when that happens.”
