A TikTok creator is facing child neglect charges after posting videos showing her family of six children and her husband living in a one-bedroom apartment. In a video that has gone viral, a woman can be seen rearranging furniture in a small, cramped space in preparation for the birth of another child. “When you have one bedroom for 6 people, the ‘bedroom’ becomes more important than the dining room,” she captioned the video.

The footage shows children helping to arrange things in a cluttered room, where there are two large mattresses on the floor and a baby crib on one side. The family also has a cat. “We teach our children to take care of what they have. We continue to pray and work for the desired growth,” she adds.

The video drew criticism, with viewers noting that while parents had invested in several televisions and a PlayStation 5, the children were sleeping on foam pillows on the floor.

Screenshots of her other videos show the creator encouraging viewers to help her videos go viral so she can earn more money and expand her family. “My hubby said that if I could make our account go viral and change our financial situation, he would give me as many children as I wanted,” she wrote in one video.

Reacting to the video, a user wrote on X: “This is the best madness.”

“This is a terrible existence for her children and she should be ashamed of herself. The selfishness that adults display truly sickens me. You can’t even afford BEDS for your six children, and you’re pregnant with your seventh?” ” another user commented.

A third user commented: “They’re judging her because she and her gamer boyfriend are the ones who have the room while the kids sleep in the living room/kitchen on beds on the floor. Besides, why keep having kids if you don’t.” no funds or space?

“I hate to be that person, but she seems to care about herself more than her kids. This is a form of neglect. Less space and attention for her other kids… and unfortunately I bet she’s not done yet,” a fourth user wrote.

Several users tagged Child Protective Services (CPS) and asked for action to be taken against them. “Having more than one child should be a criminal offense if you can’t afford to provide them with a quality life,” a fifth user commented.
