Beetlejuice’s house in Hillsboro Township, New Jersey can be booked on Airbnb.

In honor of Tim Burton’s long-awaited sequel Beetlejuice BeetlejuiceAirbnb offers an unforgettable experience at the Dietz family residence.

In the ad, titled “The Haunting of Beetlejuice House,” fictional matriarch Delia Deetz invites fans to her Hillsborough Township, New Jersey home to explore her paintings and sculptures and venture into the attic afterlife for a special art class.

The Beetlejuice house is an exact replica of the house featured in the 2024 film, an Airbnb spokesperson told the Inquirer. It was recreated for Airbnb’s Icon stay. a new category of vacation rental group experiences.

Although the film is set in the fictional town of Winter River, Connecticut, Airbnb found “the best real-life equivalent in the quaint community of Hillsboro Township.” The city has beautiful, wide-open spaces and similar architecture that we feel is reminiscent of the Winter River community that fans remember,” the spokesperson said.

People can request an invitation to book the house for 10 three-hour slots with up to six guests each. Submit your application by November 4th to visit Beetlejuice’s house from November 16th to 27th.

No purchase, payment or reservation required to select. Selected people will receive an invitation based on their answer to the question: “Why do you want to live in Beetlejuice’s house?” Invitees will have 24 hours to accept their booking request. Those invited to Beetlejuice House will also receive a one-night stay at an Airbnb property in nearby Princeton at no additional cost. Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the Beetlejuice Icon event, as well as transportation to and from their overnight stay. You must be at least 18 years old to book and accompanying guests must be at least 13 years old.

Upon arrival, participants will be greeted at the door and taken to tour the interior of the home.

In the attic is Adam Maitland’s model of the fictional Winter River, played by Alec Baldwin in the original film. In the film, Maitland and his wife Barbara pursue the Dietz family. Guests who say “Beetlejuice” three times enter the Afterlife and Waiting Room, where artifacts of the dead remain—think broken football helmets, charred Santa hats and a magician’s water-filled safe.

After visiting the other world, visitors will receive an art workshop with refreshments before being whisked away to a nearby Airbnb.

“Due to some recent… ‘spiritual difficulties’, curious entities have begun to crawl around in the wee hours,” the listing explains. -You can’t stay the night.
