A convicted murderer who shot and robbed a pizza delivery man in 1991 will be paroled from prison in October 2027, according to the North Carolina Parole and Parole Commission.

Jimmy Lee Floyd, 55, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon in the April 1992 death of Keith Hilderbrand, 37, according to a Gaston Gazette article published at the time of his conviction.
