How to watch debates in California’s 13th Congressional District

SACRAMENTO, California. The two candidates vying to represent California’s 13th Congressional District for the next two years, incumbent Rep. John Duarte (R) and former California Assemblymember Adam Gray (D), will face each other in debate on ThursdayOctober 31st.

This year’s election won’t be the first time candidates have competed for the seat. Duarte first began representing the 13th District in January 2023 after defeating Gray by a narrow margin of 50.2% to 49.8%.

CALIFORNIA DEBATE NIGHT: 13th CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT» will take place at the KTXL FOX40 studios in Sacramento. The debate will be moderated by FOX40 news anchor and Inside California Politics co-anchor Nikki Laurenzo and KGPE CBS47 news anchor Brian Dorman.

The race for the seat could help determine which party controls the House of Representatives.

How to watch debates

The debate will take place live from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, and there are several ways to watch it from anywhere in the congressional district, which stretches from the Modesto area to the Madera area in California’s Central Valley.

On televisionthe debate will be broadcast in the Sacramento, Stockton and Modesto areas on Fox40. In the Fresno and Visalia areas, it will air on CBS47.
