Siemens sells airport logistics company for 5 million

Global company Siemens has reached an agreement to sell its airport logistics division to Dutch firm Vanderlande for €300 million ($325 million).

Siemens Logistics announced the agreement on October 31, 2024, confirming that the deal is expected to close in 2025.

Vanderlandeowned by Toyota Industries Corporation, based in Veghel and operating in the warehousing logistics sector, airportsand fields of plots.
