Former psychic warns against ‘demonic’ evil this Halloween – here’s what you need to know

Billy Hallowell

A former psychic with decades of immersion in the occult warns against the glorification of evil that often occurs during the Halloween season, explaining the dangers of using Ouija boards, tarot cards and other divination tools.

“I’m a former psychic and I notice that… divination tools like Ouija boards and tarot cards, they sell more during the Halloween season,” Nice said. “Parties have tarot card readers. You see it in your home goods, in your CVS. Your kids go to these stores—Five Below—and they glorify divination tools, making them seem funny and like there’s nothing wrong with it.”

The former medium said it’s hard not to see a connection between the prevalence of these tools and their increased use and promotion in the lead-up to Halloween.

“I wonder how this fits in with the Halloween season, don’t you think?” she said. “There’s something demonic there.”

Listen to Nizza share her warnings and story:

Nice explained in detail what divination involves, describing the practice as “entering into creation to extract the hidden meaning of something, information supernaturally beyond the will and boundaries of God.”

This could include the aforementioned tarot cards, Ouija boards, or even looking at the stars, moon, or celestial bodies to try to discern wisdom and the future.

Nice, who has a popular YouTube channel and podcast: “Former psychic saved“, regularly shared her experience of encountering demons in her youth and becoming a professional psychic.

“When I was 12, I actually had two psychic attacks,” she said. “And a psychic attack, by my own definition, is when you receive information psychically.”

Around the same time, Nice performed her first tarot card reading, which at first seemed “harmless”, although she now believes it is a “satanic practice” and a divination tool that can lead people down dark and dangerous spiritual paths. Unfortunately, this was exactly her experience.

“But what seemed harmless… ended up becoming a terrible rabbit hole of destruction,” she said. “And this was the entrance. (I) always say there is a gateway or passageway into the demonic, whether it’s tarot cards, Ouija boards, horoscopes, what have you.”

Following this path, Nice found herself increasingly reading books and studying tools such as fortune telling, numerology, astrology and other practices.

“I used crystals to balance the chakras,” she said. “I eventually became involved in automatic writing and eventually became a psychic, believing that I was hearing from dead people (who) wanted to convey their messages to their loved ones who were still alive.”

Nice continued: “I believed in helping people. I believed it was a gift from God that I needed to use to help people who were suffering.”

She said that one of the aspects of her experience that initially convinced her to continue working in the occult for many years was that the demons she conjured appeared in the form of deceased close clients. This instilled false confidence in those who were going to see her.

“Sometimes I would see them and that would be a way for me to describe it,” she said. “Maybe I’d like to see who I thought was your mom—“Oh, mom’s here. She has red hair”… And I could see the demon, because that’s what it is, masquerading as mom.”

Nice eventually became a Christian and learned that it was impossible to talk to the dead, realizing that she had been deceived all along. Listen to the podcast to hear the whole journey.

Ultimately, Nice left people with an important warning ahead of the Halloween season.

“My biggest warning is: when you do diabolical things, you will get diabolical results. You will get diabolical results,” she said. “Satan disguises himself as an angel of light, so what you think is funny, what you think is innocent, is actually a tool of the devil, a play of the devil. This is not a game to mess with.”
