Patriots QB Limited Again, Trending Up on Thursday

Patriots cornerback Drake May was limited for the second straight practice Thursday as three other players increased their participation on the field.

May’s presence on training starts on Thursday indicated that he has also increased his workload as he progresses through the NFL’s concussion protocol. May limited herself maximum 30 minutes of practice on Wednesday and did not participate in introductory exercises or stretching.

Cornerback Alex Austin (ankle), safety Kyle Dugger (ankle), defensive tackle Daniel Ekuale (belly), running back Antonio Gibson (toe), cornerback Jonathan Jones (shoulder), defensive tackles Michael Jordan (ankle) and Layden Robinson (ankle) , linebackers Sione Takitaki (knee) and LB Jahlani Tavai (back), and cornerback Keion White (knee) remained limited for the second straight day.
