KINGSTON, Jamaica – Arnett Gardens came from behind to earn a 1-1 draw with the Chapelton Maroons in a rescheduled Jamaica Premier League second-round game played at Anthony Spaulding Stadium on Thursday.

After a desperate 1-1 draw against Waterhouse, the Chapelton Maroons have only themselves to blame for not winning the game after conceding a first-half penalty.

However, they took the lead in the 22nd minute when Jamari Howell broke the deadlock but Arnett Gardens, who recorded a 3-0 win over Molins United on Sunday, equalized in the 37th minute when Warner Brown scored his fifth goal of the season. Shares the season lead with Waterhouse’s Atafara Bygrave.

The point earned Arnett Gardens into sixth place on nine points, breaking a tie with Were United, while Chapelton Maroons moved into a three-way tie on eight points with Were United and Humble Lion.
