What is Heidi Klum’s Halloween costume in 2024? She opens her gaze

The wait is finally over!

Heidi Klum has officially unveiled her 2024 Halloween costume, and it’s just as elaborate like the previous ones.

The supermodel arrived in her annual Halloween partywhich she originally began in 2000 dressed as E.T., the title character of Steven Spielberg’s beloved 1982 film of the same name.

Costume from the moment of a friendly meeting alien dresses in human clothes. Klum’s eyes peek out from the neck, meaning the head design sits on top of Klum’s own head.

Her husband Tom Kaulitz was also an alien – but without the hat, scarf and lipstick.

Another hint about the movie? Klum’s finger was bent in the same way as the alien’s in the film, but did not appear to glow.

The America’s Got Talent judge previously teased this year’s costume in an interview with the magazine in early October. TODAY.com.

“It will be something extraterrestrial,” she said then. “And again there will be a lot of prosthetics. I get claustrophobic just thinking about it.”

The only thing Klum doesn’t want when she’s in her extravagant look is “to die,” she said half-jokingly, detailing the slight discomfort she’s experienced in past costumes.

“Most of the time I don’t hear anything. Or when I was a worm, I didn’t have hands. I couldn’t hold anything back.”

Before unveiling her costume, she teased her look on Instagram by sharing several videos and photos.

“We’ve started,” Klum said on Instagram, before asking prosthetic designer Mike Marino how much longer was left. His answer: six more hours.

As she continued to get ready, she also showed off the big toe that was part of her costume.

She also shared another video showing off the headpiece.

The supermodel is known to be a big fan of spooky holidays and her annual party. Even when the pandemic put her celebrations on hold, she still found a way to create a stunning film to showcase her costumes.

Preparations for her costume began more than a month ago.

September 30 she shared a preview but noted that she is keeping the look “secret.”

Weeks later, she continued to tease her outfit by sharing a photo of herself in a nude jumpsuit.

“There’s a clue here, but I just can’t figure it out…” – she wrote on October 7.

In another post, she shared a collage of her previous Halloween costumes, captioning the video: “All the costumes I’ve loved before… you’ll never guess what this year has in store… see you in #HeidiHalloween 2024.”

Last year, Klum awed her visitors by transforming herself into a peacock, with dancers as her tail feathers and husband Tom Kaulitz as an egg.

On the 2023 red carpet, Klum told TODAY.com that she wanted the look to be collaborative.

“I thought about who I could be, I wanted 20 different people to become one,” she said, sharing that she approached Cirque Du Soleil for help with costumes and worked on poses together.
