The Cabinet of Ministers will introduce amendments to the second reading of the draft budget to the State Duma on November 5 – Business and Economics

MOSCOW, November 1. /TASS/. On November 5, the Russian government will introduce amendments to the State Duma (lower house of parliament) in the second reading of the draft federal budget for 2025-2027, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said at a meeting of the commission of the United Russia party.

“All this is reflected in the draft budget and draft amendments, which have been prepared and will be submitted for the second reading to the State Duma on November 5,” he said.

The head of the Lower House Committee on Budget and Taxes, Andrei Makarov, previously announced that the second reading of the draft Russian federal budget for 2025 and the planning period 2026-2027 could take place at the plenary meeting of the Duma on November 14.
