As someone interested in astrology, I was excited to hear that the interactive pop-up Agatha’s All Together on Disney+ called Witch Road would be offering tarot readings.

Yesterday (November 1st) my colleague Gwen and I had the opportunity to take a look at it before it opened to the public.

Walking through the door, I felt like I had been transported to another world – the stairs were covered in crisp leaves and led to a candlelit altar.

We were handed our own dark fortress (a reference to Agatha’s dark magic spellbook) and tasked with performing a series of actions, each of which earned us a seal upon completion.

Of course, I decided to start with Tarot readings and aura paintings.

The intuitive witch Nara sat at the table and we were told that weekend visitors could choose to either have their aura drawn or have her have a tarot reading.

I chose the latter and was handed a stack of tarot cards while Nara shuffled another.

The first card she pulled was Fire Warrior, followed by Positive Expectations.

Explaining how the colors of the card related to my chakra, she told me that the first card was a sign that I should take care of my health, and this would essentially lead to what the second card was talking about – positive expectations.

I was very taken aback by how accurate the reading was; I’ve been having some difficulty maintaining my well-being lately. In fact, that day I had a headache due to lack of sleep.

She pulled out two more cards—environmental awareness and body movement—and smiled, telling me that I should connect with nature more and use my voice for greater things.

Gwen decided to draw the aura, and after a quick read, Nara took out her drawing tools and got to work.

Our sessions lasted 10 minutes each and I have to say I was quite pleased with my first tarot reading.

The next activities were just as fun: choosing a potion recipe from the minibar, collecting a spell from a tree and drawing it to add to our dark fortress.

Personally, I’d love to go back with friends to take some group shots on the ‘gram as the space is filled with aesthetically pleasing photo spots.

Want to experience the pleasure yourself? The pop-up, located at 4A Haji Lane, opens at 2pm today and runs until November 14th.

It is open from 15:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and from 11:00 to 22:00 on weekends.

Visitors should note that the 10-minute tarot card reading or aura drawing session with Nara is only available on weekends. On weekdays, visitors can take an aura card with a short reading instead.

We recommend arriving early, otherwise you may have to wait a little longer for your turn!

Collect your first stamp after exploring Witch Road and stay tuned for the next Disney+ pop-up, releasing on November 16th. This upcoming event will feature an interactive experience of the highly anticipated drama “Shop of Light” starring Joo Ji Hoon and Park Bo. -young.

The duo will also be in Singapore for Disney Presents: Night of the Stars Fan Meeting November 20, 17.30 at Marquee.

In Agatha All the Time, the infamous Agatha Harkness falls from power after a suspicious goth teen helps her free herself from a twisted spell.

Her interest deepens when he begs her to take him with her on the legendary “Witches’ Road”, a magical set of trials that, if he survives, will reward the witch with what she lacks.

Together, Agatha and this mysterious Teen unite the desperate clan and set off down, down, down the Road.

The series is currently streaming on Disney+.
