DONALDSONVILLE, LA (WAFB) – The 23rd District Court announced the following guilty pleas filed during the week of October 28 to November 1, 2024:

VOZNESENSKY PARISH

1. Sebastian Winiger, Alexandria, Louisiana, 22, pled guilty to 2nd degree robbery and was sentenced by the Louisiana Department of Corrections to 3 years with credit for time served, suspended sentence and 3 years of supervised probation. .

2. Brad Harris, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 45, pleaded guilty to theft of $1,000 or more but less than $5,000 and was sentenced to 2 years in the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, with a suspended sentence and a supervised probation period of 2 years.

3. Troilia Delmore, Gonzales, Louisiana, 21, pled guilty to conspiracy to commit auto theft and was sentenced by the Louisiana Department of Corrections to 10 years with credit for time served, suspended sentence and 3 years of probation. under supervision.

4. Judah Frank-Hagen, El Cajon, California, age 31, pleaded guilty to simple burglary (2 counts) and was sentenced to 5 years in prison by the Louisiana Department of Corrections, with credit for time served.

5. Marshall Nettles, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 23, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and was sentenced by the Louisiana Department of Corrections to 5 years with credit for time served.

6. Cameron Wilkinson, Gonzales, Louisiana, 21, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of a weapon, simple burglary and theft of a firearm. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years in the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, suspended sentence, and 3 years of supervised probation.

The above cases were prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Phil Maples and Brant Meyer. The Honorable Judge Cody Martin presided over these cases.

ASSUMPTION PARISH

1. Dorian Brown, Pierre Part, Louisiana, age 26, pleaded guilty to Trespassing and Level 1 Offense While Intoxicated. The defendant was sentenced to 3 years in the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, suspended sentence, and 3 years of supervised probation.

2. Aaron Prestenbach, Sulfur, Louisiana, age 43, pleaded guilty to possession of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance and was sentenced to 1 year in prison by the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

3. Rendell King, Thibodaux, Louisiana, 32, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 1 year in prison by the Louisiana Department of Corrections, with credit for time served.

The above cases were prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Lana Chaney and presided over by the Honorable Judge Keyojuan Turner.

4. Quention Steward, Raceland, Louisiana, 37, pleaded guilty to simple residential burglary and was sentenced to 3 years in prison by the Louisiana Department of Corrections, with credit for time served. He was ordered to serve 1 year of that sentence and serve the remaining 2 years on probation. Upon release from custody, the defendant will be placed on probation for three years.

5. Barry LeBlanc, Plattenville, Louisiana, 59, pleaded guilty to aggravated flight from an officer and was sentenced by the Louisiana Department of Corrections to 18 months with credit for time served.

6. Doreen Kennedy, Boutte, Louisiana, 43, pleaded guilty to Trespassing and was sentenced to 3 years in prison by the Louisiana Department of Corrections, with credit for time served.

7. Jacob Geisler, Morgan City, Louisiana, 31, pleaded guilty to simple burglary and was sentenced by the Louisiana Department of Corrections to 18 months with credit for time served.

The above cases were prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Thomas Daigle and presided over by the Honorable Judge Jason Verdigets.
