Clovis police have issued arrest warrants for two people after a drug search.

CLOVIS, N.M. (KFDA) – Clovis police have issued arrest warrants for two people after officials say they found multiple drugs and weapons in a home Friday.

On Friday around 1 p.m., Region V Drug Task Force agents and Clovis police served a search warrant at a home on Belair Road near 21st Avenue after receiving information about drug activity.

When officials entered the home, police say they detained Ignacio Gallegos, 44, Amber Martinez, 33, and one other person.

Police say after searching the home, they found about one ounce of heroin, 14 grams of methamphetamine, several pills, including fentanyl, and several handguns.

Officials say Gallegos had an arrest warrant issued for trafficking in heroin, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance.

An arrest warrant for Martinez was also issued for distribution of a controlled substance.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Gallegos or Martinez is asked to call the non-emergency line at 575-769-1921.

Clovis police say Gallegos and Martinez have not yet been arrested.
