Martha Stewart Wears These ‘Perfect’ Sneakers Everywhere

Martha Stewart knows that comfortable shoes are a good thing.

After all, while the stay-at-home crone owns a lot of designer items, she often goes out in something more casual: favorite Skechers sneakers.

Long-time brand partner told InStyle earlier this year that she Slip-Ins Ultra Flex 3.0 Sneakers ($90) are the “ideal” shoes for “shopping or entertaining at home,” adding that she wears them “anywhere, anywhere.”

It has been like this ever since; she even packed her things sure kicks at the Paris Olympics this summer, posing in a gray pair outside the Palace of Versailles.

And a month earlier, she collected a sold-out version of the brand. D’Lux Walker 2.0 sneakers ($100) with a striped Brunello Cucinelli shirt and Hermès belt for a “semi-casual” boat ride in Maine.

“I have pair of Skechers in every car”, Stewart delighted with the people discussing her collaboration earlier this year.

“When I leave an event at night where I had to wear a pair of nice high heels, I get in the car, immediately take off my shoes and put on my Skechers“,” she added about the “lightweight” slip-ons.

And with temperatures starting to drop, she might soon be trading in her car sneakers for one of the more wintry styles in her capsule collection, which includes winter boots like Easy to talk to dear fugu ($80) and Winter road 2 ($90).
