All TV Shows Will Premiere in November – Deseret News

The November box office is full of big movies like Wicked and Gladiator 2, but there are also a number of TV series releasing throughout the month.

From CIA political thrillers to Texas oil rig dramas to hospital sitcoms, a variety of series will premiere in the next few weeks.

These new series are being produced by both streamers like Netflix and networks like NBC.

Here are seven new series coming out this month.

The series premieres in November

‘St. Denis Medical’

From the creators of The Office and Parks and Recreation, St. Denis Medical” is a new show about the staff of a hospital in Oregon.

The underfunded characters struggle to keep up with the patients, struggling to take care of everyone, including each other.

The series stars Allison Tolman, Kaliko Kauahi, Josh Lawson and David Alan Grier.

Premiere date: November 12

“Day of the Jackal”

A British intelligence officer (Lshana Lynch) is tasked with finding and stopping an elite and elusive assassin known as the Jackal (Eddie Redmayne).

She is said to be working to “hunt down the Jackal in a thrilling cat-and-mouse chase across Europe, leaving destruction in his wake.” Peacock.

Premiere date: November 14

‘Landman’

Landman, starring Billy Bob Thornton and Jon Hamm, is set in the “boom towns” of West Texas and tells the story of those who seek wealth through oil rigs.

“This series is a story about hooligans and wild billionaires who create a boom so big that it changes our climate, our economy and our geopolitics,” he says. Paramount+.

The show from the creators of Yellowstone is based on the podcast Boomtown.

Premiere date: November 16

“The Dune Prophecy”

Dune: The Prophecy is a prequel to the Dune film and follows the rise of the Bene Gesserit.

“Before they became known as the legendary Bene Gesserit, the powerful Sisterhood worked in the shadows to guide the universe,” according to Max.

The series stars Emily Watson, Olivia Williams and Travis Fimmel.

Premiere date: November 17

“Inner Chinatown”

“Interior Chinatown” is based on the book of the same name by Charles Yu.

Willis Wu (Jimmy O. Yang), a minor character in the police procedural, goes through the difficulties of his life and work, wanting something more beyond his life in Chinatown.

“When he accidentally witnesses a crime, Willis begins to unravel a criminal network in Chinatown, his family’s buried history, and what it’s like to be the center of attention,” according to Hulu.

The show also stars Ronnie Chieng and Chloe Bennet.

Premiere date: November 19

“The Man Inside”

Inside Man is based on the documentary The Mole Agent.

Charles (Ted Danson) is a retired widower who finds new purpose when he is hired by a private investigator (Laila Richcreek Estrada).

As part of a secret investigation to find a missing necklace, Charles is sent undercover to spy on residents of a nursing home in San Francisco.

Premiere date: November 21

“Agency”

In this new political thriller, the Martian (Michael Fassbender) is a CIA agent who is plucked from his secret life in the field to return to a London train station.

“When the love he left behind (Jodie Turner-Smith) reappears, romance reignites. His career, his true identity, and his mission are pitted against his heart; plunging them both into a deadly game of international intrigue and espionage,” according to Paramount+.
