“He started doing jumping jacks and stuff behind me.”

Former President Donald Trump remembered the times of the billionaire Elon Musk was “released” on stage during his rally and “started doing jumping jacks and stuff behind him” on Tuesday.

Speaking at a campaign rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, that lasted into the early morning, Trump whimsically recalled the moment when Musk jumped up and down at his October rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

“When we had our celebration for Fireman Corey, great guy, when we had our celebration we had 101,000 people in attendance,” Trump said. “And that’s when I really saw the real Musk.”

He continued:

I invited him, and he’s always, like, in the lab, and he was almost released, and I said, “You should come here, Elon. Just come,” and he looked out and was so happy. I think he loves people. And he started doing jumps and stuff behind me, right? He was so happy. I think he’ll run for office against me. I’m very concerned. No, he’s great, it was great. But he was so happy, and it was a great holiday.

Musk’s bizarre leap was captured in several viral photos that showed the billionaire in the air with his arms raised and his midriff exposed.

The moment was ridiculed Democratic Vice Presidential Candidate Tim Walzwho criticized Musk for “jumping and jumping around like a moron.”

Trump praised Musk said during a rally in Nevada last week: “As far as a computer goes, I would say it’s probably as good as you get.”
