Trump defeats Harris in presidential race

Trump defeats Harris in presidential race

Ukraine is completely dependent on the US, and Trump has made it clear that he does not want to spend any more money on Ukraine.

Therefore, I think that President Vladimir Zelensky will be worried, and he will have big problems. I have met with him many times and know that the prospect of Trump’s return has always worried him and the leadership around him.

We must remember Zelensky’s experience. Before the Russian invasion, when he first became president of Ukraine, he was dealing with Trump, who was trying to overthrow him.

Trump was ultimately impeached after it was revealed that he had encouraged Zelensky to investigate then-Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden ahead of the 2020 election.

The call, marked by an unidentified whistleblower who expressed “urgent concerns” about the July 25, 2020 conversation, came shortly after Trump blocked military aid to Ukraine.

A senior official later said the president had made it clear that the release of that aid would be contingent on the investigation into Biden. Then the White House denied this.

A trial took place that could have led to Trump’s removal from office, but he was ultimately acquitted.

Ukraine is currently in a deep war and the situation is changing as Russia was able to obtain weapons from Iran and troops from North Korea, so a Trump victory would have a big impact.

If Trump turns off the tap or slows down funding, it could not only demoralize the Ukrainians, but also create serious shortages, particularly in weapons, but also in the logistical support, intelligence and other things the US is providing right now.

Europe is not as united, and many countries do not agree to collectively support Ukraine, and they simply do not have the military capacity available to support Ukraine. Most have tiny militaries and no spare aircraft, vehicles or ammunition.

So I think if you are in Ukraine right now, you are very concerned.
