The estimated Powerball jackpot is $75 million. The lump sum payment will be approximately $35.4 million before taxes.

Double Play is a feature that gives players at certain locations another chance to match their Powerball numbers in a separate drawing. The Double Play draw follows the regular draw and has a top cash prize of US$10 million.

Powerball is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. The Double Play add-on feature is available in 13 lottery jurisdictions, including Pennsylvania and Michigan.

A $2 ticket gives you a one in 292.2 million chance to join the ranks of Powerball jackpot champions.

Drawings take place at 10:59 pm ET on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. The deadline for purchasing tickets is 21:45.
