Donald Trumpvictory in 2024 presidential elections may not be very good news for Prince Harry. While the president-elect will have many challenges to deal with when he returns to the White House in January 2025, he appears to have long-standing problems with the states royal family member.

Conservative think tank Heritage Foundation has questioned the Duke of Sussex’s immigration status over his admitted drug use in his memoirs in 2023 Spare. The group took it upon itself to sue the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) because it believed the royal received special treatment with the visa. John Bardo, who represented DHS in court, didn’t seem particularly bothered by Harry’s book. Per TelegraphThe lawyer told the court in February: “This book is not testimony or evidence under oath; stating something in the book does not necessarily mean it is true.”

That’s when Donald Trump joined the cast and told Express in February: “I wouldn’t defend him. He betrayed the Queen. This is unforgivable.” The president-elect also criticized President Joe Biden: “I think they were too merciful to him after what he did.” Oops, fact check here – it was under Donald Trump administration in 2020 that Prince Harry’s visa has been approved.

Harry said he attended Courteney Cox’s party psychedelic mushrooms and cocaine and marijuana in his younger years. He took himself “chocolates with black diamond mushrooms” in Friends star’s refrigerator and discovered hallucinations of a supposedly talking trash can in her bathroom. What an epic Hollywood night!

Judge Carl Nichols ruled in Harry’s favor that “the Duke has a legitimate interest in the privacy of his immigration status,” according to Hello! “And the Duke’s public statements about his travel and drug use did not disclose, and therefore did not eliminate, his interest in keeping specific information relating to his immigration status, applications or other materials confidential.”

However, it would not be surprising if the Heritage Foundation appealed the case under Donald Trump’s administration, and we know the president-elect will likely support the group’s claims. It’s a royal headache that Prince Harry probably won’t want to endure again.
