The alleged Chicago cop killer was shown foaming at the mouth in a photo released by authorities on Wednesday.

Darion McMillian, 23, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder after a fatal traffic stop in the Chatham area Monday night, according to the Chicago Police Department.

In the photo, McMillian can be seen with a zombie-like mane, with white foam framing his gaping mouth.

At a press conference on WednesdayChicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx announced charges against McMillian in the deaths of Officer Enrique Martinez and the driver of the car.

According to CPD, McMillian was in the passenger seat during the stop, which police said was necessary after a vehicle was blocked from traffic.

During the stop, officers noticed McMillian reaching for something in a bag that was lying at his feet, police said.

That’s when McMillian pulled out an automatic pistol and allegedly opened fire, killing Martinez and the driver of the car, according to the Chicago Police Department.

The alleged killer then pushed the bullet-stricken driver out of the car door and climbed into the driver’s seat in an attempt to flee the scene, police said.

McMillian crashed the car and crashed it into an apartment building, where he used a knife to remove the monitor from his ankle, authorities said.

He was detained 10 minutes later. according to WGN9.

A backseat passenger in the vehicle Monday was also arrested but later released without charges.
