Celebs Reveal How John Dutton’s Absence Changes Everything (VIDEO)

Celebs Reveal How John Dutton’s Absence Changes Everything (VIDEO)

A seismic event will change everything YellowstonePart 2 of Season 5 premieres, an episode that will no doubt reveal The fate of John Dutton next Kevin Costnerexit from the series. For the Dutton family, there will be no way back to life. The family is at war, the stars tell TV Insider in the video interview above, and a side must be chosen.

The premiere’s description simply states, “After an event rocks Montana, nothing will ever be the same.” It is clear that this event will be tragic. Nothing else would have caused every member of the Dutton family to act like never before. Luke Grimes And Kelsey Asbille tell us, this is absolutely true.

Casey (Grimes) and Monica Dutton (Asbille) tried to keep their family at a safe distance from the turmoil at the Dutton Ranch, but as Grimes tells us in the video interview above, “It’s the event (in the series premiere) that holds the most traction. nothing yet and we have to get involved. There is no other choice. Everyone should take part.”

“Everything is fine. Everyone will have to figure out this important thing together. That’s bigger than any big failure we’ve had in any other season,” Grimes adds. “It sets everything in motion for the rest of the season, and it happens pretty quickly.”

The premiere wasn’t made available to press in advance, so the only people who know what’s going on with Costner’s character are the cast and crew who made the series. But even in this potential final season, there are details that the cast wasn’t privy to. The scripts were heavily edited, with some stars receiving information only when necessary. One thing is clear to all fans of the hit Western: without Costner, this season will be unlike anything we’ve seen before on the series.

Monica and son Tate (Bracken Merrill) were involved in a terrible car accident last season that killed Monica and Casey’s unborn child. “When we get back to work, (Monica) is looking forward to it,” Asbille tells us, but notes that she, too, will be called to action by the events of the premiere. “She’s literally building a home for them. She was called to battle in a different way and I think she will end up being an important part of Dutton’s legacy.”

We assumed that Jamie Dutton (Wes Bentleyalso presented above) will be the one who kill his father, John. Bentley tells us how Jamie and his lover, lawyer Sarah (Don Olivieri), change as a result of any life-changing event at the beginning of part two.

“Sarah and Jamie come into the premiere fully prepared to fight and hoping to win,” says Bentley. “I don’t think Jamie is coming from a place of real power, but I think he’s coming from a place where he’s finally just going to make something and push it through. Jamie also knows that his life is now on the line too. He feels that his life is in danger, and therefore he is, as usual, wild, unpredictable, unstable and dangerous. Both he and Sarah are dangerous.

Don’t expect any reconciliation between the surviving Dutton siblings. Grimes says Casey maintained a separate relationship with Beth’s feuding siblings (Kelly Reilly) and Jamie, but those days are gone. “This big, earth-shattering event is too much, and as much as he tries not to get both feet into the family drama, this time he has to,” Grimes admits.

The moment fans have been waiting for may come this season. Bentley says it’s “very possible” that Rip (Cole Houser) finally finds out what Jamie did to Beth when they were teenagers. Finding Rip “is what he would fear most,” Bentley says.

Beth “threatens to kill” Jamie, Bentley notes. “It looks like her biggest and best option (to kill him) would be Rip. This opportunity will definitely arise.”

Many opponents have come and gone over the five seasons, but Thomas Rainwater (Gil Birmingham), and the native people of this land in Montana are still here and still determined to achieve their goals. Birmingham told TV Insider above that John’s sudden absence doesn’t change much for Tom.

“His ambitions haven’t changed, his intentions haven’t changed. Some of these things are just temporary. People may change, but problems still exist,” Birmingham explains. The events of the premiere will bring him closer to Casey, which will be a natural progression of their bond throughout the series.
