Man dies in hospital after North York shooting

Toronto police say a man has died after being shot in North York on Thursday afternoon.

According to a news release Monday, police responded to a call of shots fired near Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue West around 12 p.m.

The victim was found in an underground garage with life-threatening injuries.

He was taken to hospital, where he died on Saturday, police said.

Police identified the victim as Devon Bramble, 31, of Toronto.
