If you are traveling to the game, please read this guide before traveling, which will be continually updated with the latest game day information.

In case of a draw

If the match ends in a draw after 90 minutes, the game will immediately go to penalties to determine the winner. At this stage of the competition there is no additional time or repetitions.

Advice for supporters

Fans are reminded to stay away from the pitch at all times. The perpetrators may be held accountable.

For the safety of all fans, the use of flares, stun grenades and other pyrotechnics in the stadium is prohibited.

Smoking or the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited throughout the stadium.

Please ensure that aisles and walkways are clear of obstructions at all times.

While the club is aware of no disruption on Wednesday evening, fans are advised check their travel before you goand leave on time.

Ticket details

Fans can check the availability of tickets for this match on the website Crystal Palace ticket sales website. Please note that they will come from sale at 12:00 GMT on Wednesday.

All tickets for this event will be sent digitally to your Apple or Google Wallet.

If you are unable to use digital tickets, please send an email after purchasing your ticket. [email protected], which will add you to the list of duplicates that will be collected in Villa Park.

If you are traveling to the game with someone who can download a ticket for you, it is recommended that you do so to avoid potential queues at Villa Park.

Tickets will be emailed to ticket holders in two tranches: the first tranche will be emailed on Friday 25 October and the second on Wednesday 30 October (once tickets go on sale at 12:00).

Fans must have a Season Ticket, Season Ticket+ or Membership to purchase away games. Members can enjoy a range of benefits, including priority access to tickets for selected Members. Get yours here!

The Visitor Ticket Office is located on Witton Lane opposite the outbound bus depot. It will close immediately after the match starts.

Entrance turnstile

Tickets marked Doug Ellis Upper P – For the upper tier, use turnstiles P87, P88, P88A and P89. From ground level there are several flights of stairs leading to the upper lobby (64 steps in total).

Doug Ellis Lower Q – For the lower tier, use turnstiles Q91 to Q96B.

If you arrive after the match has started, turnstiles Q96 and/or P89 will remain open until the start of the second half.
