I vote for Trump. Harris is too far left

We are a country suffering the lingering pain of inflation, with growing and unsustainable debt in a world where wars threaten to escalate into global conflict. We cannot afford to stay the course.

I’m a Republican, but I don’t like Donald Trump. I also don’t identify with the MAGA Republicans, especially the former president’s cult following here in Texas.

The January 6, 2021 Capitol riot, which Trump encouraged, was the tipping point that caused me to retract my previous support for him. This was an egregious incident in American history.

For many reasons, I could make a compelling case that Trump unfit for the presidency. I will always be disappointed that Republican primary voters chose him again to represent millions of conservatives.

However, I will vote for Trump in this election. About 75 million Americans, perhaps more, will also vote for him. Here’s why.

Donald Trump is stronger in politics

When I was young and idealistic, I was worried about many questions. Then, being more of a purist, I would probably written in the candidate if Trump had been on the ballot when I was able to vote in my first or second election.

But now I think it’s short-sighted and stupid. There’s so much at stake. Three things are important to me in this election: foreign policy, the economy and border security. Trump has shown he can handle it all.

Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris’ economic plans are dire. They reflect purely socialist ideasincluding handing out down payments on houses and many others “free” programs. America will go bankrupt trying to pay for Harris’ planned bloated bureaucracy.

Under the Biden-Harris economy, inflation soared to 40-year high 9.1% just two years ago. Product pricesrent, mortgage rates And car prices stay tall. As a result, many Americans are struggling to pay for basic necessities.

Trump’s tax cuts, which he could extend if elected, are almost enough to get my vote. Middle and upper class Americans pay much more than their fair share taxes. Most families would be better off—and boost the economy—if they had a few more dollars in their bank account.

I hope Trump doesn’t get his way plan to introduce additional tariffs on imports, but I prefer his economy to President Joe Biden’s any day of the week. Inflation has been manageable under Trump, and energy industry deregulation would be good for everyone.

Foreign policy is another important issue. Under the Biden-Harris administration, the United States looked weak. From Israel’s war against Hamas, made possible in part by the Biden administration lift sanctions on IranTo withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan and Russia’s war against Ukraine, the world is becoming dangerously unstable.

Like a Billionaire Hedge Fund Manager Bill Ackman said in a viral interview“All this has led to a fire in the world.”

In politics, perception is very strong, and Trump will likely be perceived as a stronger leader than Harris. He is nothing more than a mediator, and that is what America needs at this moment in world history. If Trump reinstates sanctions on Iran and can crush the growing alliance between Russia, China, North Korea and Iran, peace may be possible.

Another point in Trump’s favor: the US southern border needs to be taken seriously again. This is a matter of national security.

Under the Biden-Harris administration, Trump-era policies were reversed, allowing 8 million migrants to enter the United States. according to Axios. More than 1.7 million people entered the country illegally evading border patrol. Smugglers moved nearly 50,000 pounds of deadly fentanyl across the border.

If he does nothing, Trump will secure the borders for the well-being of US citizens.

Kamala Harris is too extreme

I can’t vote for Harris. I don’t know how even moderates can do this.

The Democratic Party spent the last four years berating Trump for undermining democracy, but then replaced our duly elected, aging and inconsistent president as their candidate with Harris after the primary season ended and she didn’t win any Democratic votes. It was the Democratic Party that destroyed the democratic process.

it was difficult tell Harris what she believes. Her deflections are strategic and blatant. But when her ideas are clear, they expose the Democratic Party’s commitment to progressivism.

Harris, like Biden, had four years to implement policies that would improve the lives of Americans. They failed. This month Gallup released a poll showing that 52% of Americans say they and their families are worse off today than four years ago. Only 39% said they felt better; 9% said they were about the same.

In 2024, we are a country suffering the lingering pain of rampant inflation, with growing and unsustainable debt in a world where devastating wars threaten to escalate into global conflict. Now is not the time to stay on this course for another four years.

Tens of millions of Americans will vote for Trump

Three types of people will vote for Trump in this election, and it is important that liberals and the mainstream media – but I repeat myself – understand this.

Voters like me are conservatives who don’t like Trump because we think he doesn’t represent true conservative ideas. Me too pushes away his character flaws and legal problems.

The second category of Trump voters are center-right Americans who cannot find their values or ideas represented in the far-left version of the Democratic Party that Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, represent.

The last type of people voting for Trump are those who like him—and like him a lot. They think he challenges norms, goes against trends and represents the marginalized average American voter. They love that he chats on the golf courses he owns while donning a McDonald’s apron to learn how to make french fries. They don’t care that he isn’t an articulate and consistent ideologue, because he isn’t.

Millions of voters are drawn to Trump because he appears pro-American, pro-military and pro-life. To these conservatives – majority of 74.2 million Americans who voted for him in 2020 – Trump is a fighter, Twice assassination survivor and a symbol of the American dream.

I don’t see Trump that way, but I understand the point of view of those who do. It is important that these opinions are seen and heard. And it’s incredibly hurtful and insulting when the current president calls those of us who will vote for Trump, “garbage“‒ even if by mistake.

In this election, Donald Trump will attract millions of voters of all three of these types. I will be among them.
