Former Syracuse football player leaves reality TV after 13 years: Buzz

Former Syracuse football player Josh Altman is leaving his reality show after more than a decade.

Eh! News The celebrity real estate agent and his wife Heather Altman announced Thursday that they are leaving Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles after 13 years on the Bravo series. Josh and Heather met when he joined season four in 2010, eventually getting married and having two children.

“Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles has been one hell of an adventure,” the couple said in a joint statement. Instagram statement. “We will always be grateful for the memories, friendships, experiences, sales, ups and downs and doors he opened. NO REGRETS.”

“Thank you everyone for being a part of this incredible journey with our family and business over the last 15 years of our lives. What a blessing to be a part of such an amazing show that started an entire genre of television. So many people to thank. And especially all of you who were with us on this trip. WE LOVE YOU!!!! It’s time to start a new chapter in life and spend more time with family.”

Josh Altman didn’t say what they plan to do next, but said they want more family time for their two children, 5-year-old Ace and 7-year-old Lexi.

“We just need more time to be with our children because they are the most important things,” the statement said.

Altman, 45, was a stunt double Syracuse University kicker in the late ’90s, including on California legend Donovan McNabb’s 1999 Orange Bowl team. Altman appeared on “Million Dollar Listing,” a series about real estate agents who sell luxury homes, and on television shows such as “Celebrity Family Feud,” “The Real Housewives of Orange County” and “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
