Me, my November Lego sets!

October was big month for a bunch of Lego lines, so it’s no surprise that November is historically the calm before the storm for bricklayer. With fans eagerly awaiting annual sales and special sets that arrive towards the end of the month, Lego usually releases new sets quite sparingly at the beginning. Lego Ideas Botanical Garden

The latest in the crowdsourced line of community-designed Lego sets is not the usual Ideas product of a flashy crossover with another major brand, but something completely original and unique: a massive 3,800-piece botanical garden. Filled with buildable plants and 12 gardener and visitor minifigures (12 in total), the set, created by Lego fan Valentina Bima, is a clever combination of ornate architecture and tiny, detailed depictions of classic botanical plants. This would be the perfect centerpiece for any city Lego display – a small piece of greenery away from the tall buildings and bustling cityscape.
