Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are said to be investing their millions of pounds of TV and book earnings into a global property empire.

This comes as the royal duo are believed to have recently purchased property in Portugal. The new home is reportedly located just an hour south of Lisbon, on the west coast of Portugal, between Comporta and Melides, at the CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club resort.

Insiders told Sun The new home in Portugal, next to the estate owned by Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank, will be part of a financial portfolio that will include even more properties.

A source said: “They manage their money wisely.”

The publication also understands that the Sussexes have no plans to live in their new property, and it is unknown whether it will be rented out or used for Airbnb-style holiday rentals.

Since leaving royal duties in 2020 Prince Harry And Meghan Markle received £75 million from Netflix for their shows, including docuseries Harry and Meghan, which made sensational claims about the couple’s private lives and the Firm.

Meanwhile, it is understood Harry also received a £15 million advance for his autobiography Spare, which was released in paperback last month.
